The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Charging availability and performance are not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HubCharge shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from HubCharge related to your charging activity. These messages may include:

• One-time verification codes (OTP)
• Charging session start, stop, and status notifications
• Payment confirmations and receipts

Message frequency varies based on your charging activity. Message and data rates may apply.
